You are viewing a very nice reclaimed Victorian / Edwardian Welsh slate fire surround that we have just taken into stock.
It has a mix of both grey and Penrhyn purple slate, with decorative corbels beneath the shelf.
This is a lovely surround that is over 100 years old, and would look fantastic once it has been cleaned, and had a slate sealer applied.
It will require a competent person / tradesperson to assemble and fix in place.
It has the following measurements:
Shelf width – 62½ Inches
Width across legs – 47 Inches
Total height – 45¾ Inches
Opening width – 30 Inches
Opening height – 38½ Inches
As with most things reclaimed, it will have wear and tear commensurate with it’s age.
The listed price is for the fireplace surround collected from our yard, but we can arrange delivery via pallet courier or our own transport.
This surround and other items can be viewed in our 3 acre reclamation yard based in Shropshire, during normal working hours.
