You are viewing this fantastic large pair of Gothic Yorkstone gateposts that have been reclaimed from a local chapel, that has been demolished.
The Yorkstone posts measure approx 8 ft long in total. As they were set up they show 6ft out of the ground but the dressed edge would allow for another 10″ to be above the ground.
They are 18″ square at the widest point and the triangular pier caps at the top do detach, but are mortared on.
These posts are in really good solid condition for their age with a little wear, that can be seen on the photos
Each post also also has a lovely Gothic Trefoil carving to the one face.
This pair of posts really is the best pair we have had in the yard for a long time and would grace any driveway.
Listed price is for the pair of posts collected from our yard, but we can arrange delivery via pallet courier or our own transport.
